An international scientific and practical conference was started by the Department of epidemiology at the Tashkent Medical Academy.
This conference was dedicated to the memory of Omonturdi Mirtazaev, Ttaprofessor, doctor of Medical Sciences, academician of medical and technical sciences of the Russian Federation. In the course of his prolific scientific and pedagogical career, the role of a scientist who has always been advanced in the consistent implementation of scientific research in this regard by studying epidemiological methods, his own word and in-depth scientific thinking, like no other, was mentioned with respect.
The projects carried out in collaboration of professor Omonturdi Mirtazaev of scientists of the Commonwealth countries were remembered. At the Tashkent Medical Academy of the late master, a lesson school was talked about, which continues to this day.
